An antique heavy cast metal tire changing bead break tool for vintage and antique cars that had 2 piece / split rim tires. It's stamped on the handle 'CAM TOOL CO. INC. OAKLAND CA. -PAT. APPL'D FOR'. With one of these it was possible for nearly anyone to change the outer part of the wheel when they had a flat tire back in the 20's and 30's. This tool operates easily and is still in working condition. It would be a great accessory piece for your antique auto restoration or for use as a display. There's lots of paint loss
